Michigan Conservation Stewardship for Farmers Project (MCSFP)

Provides assistance for:

  • Cropping systems

  • Soil health

  • Livestock systems

  • Agroforestry

  • Habitat

  • Farmstead improvements

  • Infrastructure

  • Equipment

  • Marketing assistance

Farmers for Soil Health (FSH)

Provides support for cover crop adoption through:

  • $35 per acre incentive

  • Year-to-year contracts

  • Local technical assistance

WLEB Performance Based Conservation Adoption Program

  • Filter strips

  • Nutrient management

  • Reduced or no-till practices

Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP)
